What Is a Sprint Retrospective?
It’s a meeting held at the end of each sprint to go over the sprint and talk about what could be done better for the next sprint and what went well in the previous sprint. The retrospective
is an important part of the Scrum methodology as it helps in identifying gaps for course correction and to determine things that are working well and should be done more.

Video Conferencing Tool
You will need a video conferencing tool such as Google Hangout, Zoom, WebEx, etc., for the team to collaborate. It’s a good idea to have the videos on so that your team can see each other in real-time.
